Learning organisations are a relatively new concept in contemporary management theory. Group problem solving uses the systems thinking method in order to convert companies into learning organisations that learn to create results that matter as an organisation (learning organisation & organisational learning). A learning organisation actively encourages and facilitates learning throughout the organisation in order to effectively transform itself in an ever-changing and challenging world  (Learning Organisation | Definition, Characteristics & Examples).

Contents are specifically designed to match the CLIP accreditation sheet of the candidate company and therefore each course is company-specific.
